چکیده
In order to raise super-native chickens without the usage of antibiotics, herbal plants with a phytobiotic function may be used as feed additions. This study aims examine effect turmeric flour (Curcuma domestica) given through drinking water on leukocyte differentials, AI antibody titers, and ND titers indicators immunity status in chickens. Five treatments four tests, each five super native chicks, were experiment, which was carried out utilizing an experimental methodology. The treatment (P) included P0 negative control (drinking treatment), P1 positive + 0.1 g/L PromuneC®), P2 1 flour), P3 3 flour) P4 5 flour). All data gathered for this evaluated using Analysis Variance, Duncan's test SPSS version 25 required if there any significant differences. 56-day-old titer reached protective level where best dose increase log2 9.5 7.5 titer. According statistical analysis, addition powder had no discernible effects mean lymphocytes, monocytes, or eosinophils but impact (P0.05) basophils. also noticeable (P<0.05) titers. conclusion, giving is useful immunomodulator by maintaining normal levels differential leukocytes, increasing protection against chicken so it can natural additive.

This experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of different levels chromium picolinate (CrPic) and chromium nanoparticles (nano-Cr) on the performance and immune function of broilers under heat stress condition. A total of 320 Ross 308 broiler chicks (from 21 to 42 days) were assigned randomly into eight treatment groups (four replicates per treatment, and 10 chicks per replicate) a...

Newcastle disease virus (NDV)-expressing avian influenza virus (AIV) hemagglutinin (HA) of subtype H5 was constructed by reverse genetics. A cloned full-length copy of the genome of the lentogenic NDV strain Clone 30 was used for insertion of the ORF encoding the HA of the highly pathogenic AIV isolate A/chicken/Italy/8/98 (H5N2) in the intergenic region between the NDV fusion and hemagglutinin...

In the present study, 360 male day-old broiler chicks were used to determine the effect of mixed livevaccines of Newcastle disease (ND) and infectious bronchitis (IB) on serum and local antibody responses toIB. Chicks were randomly divided into 12 treatment groups of 3 replicates and reared for 40 days on floorpens. Groups 1 to 5 received mixed ND and IB vaccine. Groups 7 to 11 received IB vacc...
